Fylde Meats (and it is so much more than just meat) first came to my attention in Lockdown and they were real local heroes with their local delivery service (which they continue to offer) – always going the extra mile. You could not wish to meat(sic) nicer chaps than Steve and Simon, and they are real foodies – absolute experts on food and groceries and drinks (they also stock Lytham Gin btw!).  Please, please visit their new website, I particularly like the Deli section, but my favourite section is undoubtedly Prepared Meals under Meat – absolutely mind-blowingly divine food, and so easy to cook.  I will use their own words: “All our prepared food items are made fresh, by hand, in our shop. We use the finest quality raw meat and vegetables. We prepare the meals for you to cook them at your convenience from the comfort of your own home. As we use raw meat, non of our ready prepared meals are suitable for microwave cooking. All meals can be frozen on the day of purchase. “
